Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the customisation of our product(s), there is no right of canceling the order or claiming a refund for the product(s) after the order has been placed on our site(s) unless the reasons meet the conditions below.

If a product is missing, damaged or subject to print error, MAPLANTIC will replace the erroneous product with a new product or provide a full refund. To request a replacement or refund based on the aforementioned reasons, please contact Refund requests will be processed within five (5) working days. For clarity, MAPLANTIC will not be held responsible for situations where the customer has provided incorrect information, such as incorrect customer name or address etc. In such cases, an extra payment would be applicable. If the customer has provided incorrect shipping information (e.g. name, address or postcode) responsibility is solely with the customer.

Replacement of products and/or refunds products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to MAPLANTIC investigation and discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for further instructions.
